略过太多的发展历史，现在的WEB软件应用前端主要包括HTML5，JavaScript，TypeScript，Angular/Vue/React/Flutter，and Kotlin/Swift

• Nodejs NPM/Yarn
• nvm. for manage Nodejs Versin

还是要做很多选择，从集成开发环境到包管理工具，到软件版本。

我这里选择了IDEA+插件，Yarn（比较简洁高效），软件版本选择最新稳定版

从今天起我们要撅弃垃圾软件和代码，包括优化代码结构和最佳实践，不要到最后东西没学到，还写出一堆屎来。
